Modern Agent Social Club’s Next Lead Content Creator –

Modern Agent Social Club is a monthly marketing membership for real estate agents where we teach members how to build a personal brand that converts followers into lifelong clients and referrals. Ultimately helping them become the real estate go-to girl for everyone they know. We provide our members with monthly marketing content, tools and strategies to grow their business the modern way.
The Lead Content Creator will be responsible for the overall production and structure of the Modern Agent Social Club member content. Not only will you be planning and creating marketing content for our members, you’ll be responsible for pulling it all together in a cohesive, strategic and creative way.

KEY AREAS OF OWNERSHIP FOR THIS ROLE:
- Plan, write, design, edit and manage production of membership content such as social media graphics and copy, email copy, reel prompts, story series and more
- Brainstorm and write membership content for real estate agents to use within their online marketing plans
- Research content topics and strategize the overall content process
- Coordinate with Chelsea and team to assist with the design of social media graphics, emails, and more
- Plan and execute quarterly content photoshoots (including sourcing props, planning locations, aligning with upcoming themes and times of year, etc)
- Ongoing, marketing training through courses and podcasts
- Support various projects as directed
IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION:
- Ambitious High Performer who is obsessed with all things marketing and social media
- Disciplined and able to identify and focus on the top priorities
- Self-motivated to manage work responsibilities from home
- Strong creative writing and graphic design skills
- Experience creating content in Canva
- Ability to do market research, identify trends, and incorporate that into our content
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance
- Passion for continuously learning online marketing strategies
SKILLS NEEDED:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience (social media, graphic design, content creation, copywriting, etc)
- Fast learner and quick to implement
- Design and copywriting skills (Canva designs from scratch)
- Strong grasp on effective copywriting and cohesive design
- Ability to combine strategy with creativity
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once with many moving parts
- Loves learning and has the ability to learn how to create (non-generic) real estate focused content
- Creative, out of the box thinking
- Works well batch creating content and projects
- Great organizational skills
ABOUT THIS JOB:
- Full time (approx 40 hours per week)
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Remote work
- Work hours are flexible but approximately 9-5

Create 1 carousel graphic in Canva + a caption (Captions should be added to the notes section in Canva)
Create 1 reel prompts with details (ie: b roll to take, text on screen, caption, etc). Details can be written in the notes section in Canva
Create 1 email that agents can send to their database that is story-driven and positions them as the local real estate expert
Your content samples should be from the perspective of a real estate agent writing to their social media followers / database.
