PLEASE NOTE: This role is ideal for someone located in or around the Lake Country / Oconomowoc area  who can collaborate in person as needed for content days, photoshoots, or planning sessions.

Modern Agent Social Club is growing quickly, and I’m looking for a right-hand person who loves organization, takes initiative, and wants to help continue building something big.

This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, upbeat, proactive, and loves keeping projects moving forward.

You’ll work closely with me (Chelsea), the founder of Modern Agent Social Club, a marketing and group coaching membership that helps real estate agents become the go-to agent in their community through personal branding and modern marketing.

If you’re the type of person who loves turning chaos into systems, keeping ideas organized, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, you’ll thrive in this role.

This position is part executive support, part operations, and part helping bring big ideas to life.

Bonus points if you enjoy social media, content creation, marketing, and being part of something growing behind the scenes.

This role is full time and primarily remote. Must be based within an hour of the Lake Country / Oconomowoc, WI area and will occasionally include in-person collaboration for content shoots, planning days, or team meetings. 

*If working from home, you can’t have kids or parents home with you. 

What You’ll Do:

Founder Support

You’ll be my right hand in helping keep both my business and day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Examples include:

  • Managing calendars, inbox, and scheduling
  • Helping organize weekly priorities and deadlines
  • Preparing materials for meetings, workshops, or podcast recordings
  • Following up on action items after meetings
  • Helping manage inbox and important communications
  • Keeping a pulse on what needs attention each week
  • Community management

Idea Capture & Execution

Ideas happen quickly in this business, and one of the most valuable parts of this role will be helping turn ideas into organized action.

Examples include:

  • Keeping a running list of ideas, projects, and initiatives
  • Helping prioritize what should happen next
  • Turning ideas from conversations into clear tasks and timelines
  • Following up to make sure projects keep moving forward

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys turning big ideas into organized plans.

Project & Operations Management

Modern Agent Social Club has a lot of moving pieces, and I need someone who can keep projects organized and moving forward.

Examples include:

  • Tracking important business deadlines
  • Making sure content releases happen on time
  • Managing project timelines and task lists
  • Coordinating with contractors or team members
  • Helping implement systems that keep the business organized
  • Maintaining organization in tools like Notion, Asana, or Google Workspace
  • Scheduling a variety of things as needed

Marketing & Content Support

You don’t need to be a marketing expert, but you should be comfortable helping behind the scenes with our content and marketing systems.

Examples include:

  • Uploading content into our membership platform
  • Scheduling emails and social media content
  • Organizing content libraries and digital assets
  • Helping prepare materials for podcast episodes
  • Assisting with marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Keeping track of content deadlines and releases
  • Repurposing content

Content Production & Brand Shoot Support

Modern Agent Social Club produces a lot of marketing content, including photoshoots, B-roll days, and social media content.

You’ll help support the logistics that keep our content engine running smoothly.

Examples include:

  • Assisting with planning and coordinating brand photoshoots
  • Helping organize outfits, props, and shot lists for content days
  • Capturing behind-the-scenes photos or B-roll during shoots
  • Helping film simple video clips or reels when needed
  • Organizing photo and video assets after shoots
  • Assisting with simple reel assembly or video editing (if experienced)

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being part of creative projects while also keeping everything organized behind the scenes.

Launch & Campaign Support

Throughout the year we run launches and promotions for programs like Camp Modern Agent and Modern Agent Social Club.

You’ll help support the behind-the-scenes logistics that keep these campaigns organized.

Examples include:

  • Helping track launch timelines
  • Organizing marketing assets and materials
  • Coordinating deliverables with the team
  • Monitoring checklists and deadlines during campaigns
  • Acting as the host and liaison during live events

Systems & Organization

As the business grows, strong systems become increasingly important.

Examples include:

  • Creating and maintaining project workflows
  • Keeping systems organized and easy for the team to use
  • Helping improve processes as the company grows
  • Documenting processes and checklists for the team

  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Asana, Canva, or Google Workspace
  • Interest in personal branding or marketing
