I almost bought you a box of chocolates and a dozen roses… Instead, I thought I’d save you some time and give you 5 February social media post ideas! Don’t worry about a thank you note, these post ideas for your real estate profile are yours for the taking! *cue the heart eyes*

Here are your 5 February post ideas: 
1. The Home Matchmaker –

Picture this: I’m sitting in my favorite chair in my living room. I just cracked open a *insert your favorite beverage* and Alexa is playing my favorite station, Cocktail Hour. When suddenly, my phone dings and it’s you! 

You want to buy a house and aren’t totally sure what you’re looking for but you know what you don’t want.

<Stretches arms out wide & grabs laptop…it’s time to play matchmaker!>

After selling homes for *X* years, I’ve learned what kind of questions to ask my clients to help them gain clarity when it comes to finding the best house for them. I look at your lifestyle, anyone who lives with you, where you work, the kinds of things you’re into (coffee shops & bookstores? gardening & hiking?) and I plug in your requests into the MLS to help you find the perfect-for-you match! And I’ve got lots of success stories to prove it!

2. Super Bowl Sunday (February 12th) Stories –
HOW TO:

Take your followers behind the scenes (via your stories) of your Super Bowl Sunday festivities (if the Super Bowl / football aren’t on your agenda you can still join the conversation – keep reading to find out how.)

Things you can share on your stories: 

A timelapse video of you decorating for the party
A video of you talking to your followers while prepping your game day snacks
Video clips of you watching the game. If you’re not watching – share what you’re doing instead. Then poll your followers to see how many of them are watching (or not).
Your reaction to the half-time performance (and a poll to see what your followers think)

Pro tip: Save the (unedited) pictures and videos you record and repurpose them into an easy reel to post after the stories expire.

3. National Drink Wine Day: Real Estate Edition (February 18th) –

HOW TO:
Open a bottle of wine (or sparkling grape juice *if that’s more your style*) on your stories and answer FAQs about real estate!

4. Email List Promo Post –

What is the *insert name of your email list* anyways? Well I’m glad you asked!

I like to think of my inbox like an actual place where I’m meeting friends to chat. We can be at home in our sweatpants drinking our coffees, maybe eating cold pizza or pouring that evening glass of Pinot and hanging out with each other like the good old days!

When I write my emails, that is exactly what I’m picturing, in case you’re wondering!

Social media is cool and all but it’s also as busy as a jam packed airport on a holiday weekend so sometimes we miss each other!

I like to share all kinds of things with my favorite people like my go to local spots, updates on the real estate market, homeowner must do’s, and so much more. So I gather together my top must-shares each month and package them into an email that I send to everyone on my list!

I promise they are never spammy & that you’ll actually want to open them! And if you don’t, you can always hit unsubscribe.

Share your home buying story! Replace the photo with one of you at home and share how you found your home, how long you’ve been there, what you love about it, etc. We are always sharing these stories of our clients…your followers will love hearing yours! Bonus points if you share photos of your past homes, too, in the carousel!
